Founded in 2014, Transform Consulting LLC is a woman-owned small business enterprise, specializing in providing critical change management services to individuals, organizations, and communities around the U.S. Expert problem-solvers, co-founders Dr. Robin Arthur and Doug Arthur have been mitigating issues and satisfying clients in the business, educational, medical, and government sectors with more than 50 years of combined experience.

DR. ROBIN THOMPSON ARTHUR

CEO, Managing Director and Co-Founder

Dr. Robin Thompson Arthur is CEO and Managing Director of Transform Consulting LLC. Dr. Arthur has several decades of experience providing transformative solutions for individuals and organizations in business and healthcare. She maintains a clinical practice, previously having helped found and serving as Chief of Psychology for the Lindner Center of HOPE, one of the world's premier mental health facilities near Cincinnati, Ohio. Now in private practice, Dr. Arthur also serves as a business consultant and trusted adviser/coach to individuals and organizations around the nation.

DOUG ARTHUR

Principal Consultant and Co-Founder

Doug Arthur serves as Principal Consultant of Transform Consulting, delivering innovative workforce development solutions to communities around the U.S. With more than thirty-five years of management consulting, marketing, and program development leadership experience, Mr. Arthur has cultivated a diverse clientele of cities, business consortia, and educational institutions who are implementing his solutions to change the way employers are connecting with local talent and cultivating a workforce with skills in high demand.

Executive Consulting Psychologist

Executive consulting psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations reach their greatest potential, serving more than 100 C-Suite individuals and teams in the government and healthcare sectors as well as in manufacturing, legal, and law enforcement organizations. Recently elected President of the Ohio Psychological Association for the 2024-2025 term.

JAMIE COLE

Consulting Project Manager

Consulting Program Manager, handling complex dynamics concurrently for more than 230 high schools in the Greater Cleveland area. Continues to provide executive logistical and administrative support to the Executive Director of the INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati (>1,000 stakeholders). At Allied Advertising - Senior Publicist delivering promotion, publicity, and marketing for motion pictures in 3 geographic regions.

HANNE LUTTON

Consulting Project Coordinator

Logistical and administrative coordinator for the Transform Career Mentoring Program at Lima Senior High, Dayton Public Schools, and Deer Park High School, coordinating relationships and communications with high school students, school staff, and a diverse group of mentors. Responsible for training and implementation of the “mentorPAL” communication tracking system. Logistical consulting support to professional clientele.

REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS

​​TweenPlace Alliance, Inc. – Design, management, and coordination of a summer values-based leadership program for middle-school students in Cincinnati, Ohio, funded by the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, KnowledgeWorks Foundation, Procter & Gamble, Kroger, and more.​   

Talbert House North Star – Design and implementation of a comprehensive psychological assessment program to support residential care in accurate diagnosis of teens at risk.​​ 

INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati – Co-founder and Executive Director for the first 8 years of a Cincinnati non-profit, founded in 2005 to “stop the brain drain” affecting the IT industry. By 2013, the INTERalliance had engaged 85 high schools, more than 90 employers, and 4 universities, and was able to improve the retention rate of IT talent from less than 10% to more than 60%.  As part of its unprecedented results, 52% of the participating students in this IT program were female, and 26% were African-American.​ 

​TechFest and the Northeast Indiana Tech Coalition (NEITC) – Community-wide collaboration of local STEM stakeholders in Fort Wayne, Indiana, organized to create a significant improvement in the student engineering talent pipeline to serve the aerospace engineering industry and related firms north of the City, including BEA, Raytheon, General Dynamics, and more. Since 2011, TechFest has become an annual celebration of local technology excellence, partnering the City of Fort Wayne, Allen County, Ivy Tech Community College, and a host of local stakeholders.​  

Link San Diego – A community-wide collaboration of public and private entities across the City of San Diego and San Diego County, formed to specifically address the challenges associated with a poorly performing Hispanic high school population (>65% dropout rate), as well as the high employed and homeless rate of veterans who end their tour of duty and choose to stay in San Diego without the skills to find gainful employment.​​

​Link Lima/Allen County – A workforce development framework designed to address the workforce challenges of the Lima/Allen County, Ohio, community, with an initial focus on skills and talent shortages in advanced manufacturing and the skilled trades. Implementation partnered with OhioMeansJobs and other service agencies in the region. Sector expansion in following years included healthcare, energy, and the service industries.  

​“MakerFest” – Design and management of a large-scale, community-wide career expo featuring manufacturing, healthcare, and the skilled trades careers in the Greater Lima Region.  By year 4, MakerFest engaged more than 1,300 high school students from 30 high schools, with more than 100 employers, 7 universities, and nearly 300 community volunteers.  

​Leadership Training Course for FCC Leadership University – An intensive 24-hour, 6 module training curriculum for senior and mid-level management at FC Cincinnati, covering personal DiSC assessments, transformative conversations, accountability, change management, emotional intelligence, and senior-level personal skills.

Ivy Tech 2017 "State-wide IT Challenge" - Management and coordination of the first of an intended annual state-wide IT competition between the IT students enrolled in the IT courses of student at Ivy Tech Community College around the state of Indiana. Students from fourteen regions participated in seven competitions designed by IT faculty members, engaging more than 100 students.

​"SkillsCon'17" -- Design and management of a one-day career expo for out-of-school 18 to 24-year-old young adults, featuring manufacturing and construction employers in Butler, Clermont, and Warren Counties, Ohio.  Preparations included employing a dozen WIOA youth to participate in construction, renovation, and a remodeling of a large abandoned store in a local mall to serve as the event venue. More than 55 employers and 10 training institutions presented career pathways to the attending job seekers.

NSHMBA – Keynote presentation in Austin, TX, to the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Austin chapter, on the workforce development strategies necessary to entice local Hispanic youth to pursue graduates degrees at universities and strive to adopt leadership positions in local corporations and on local commissions.

Deer Park Career Academies – Design and development of a multi-level curriculum framework, including detailed lesson plans and teacher facilitation guides, for several high school career academy courses of study implemented at Deer Park Jr./Sr. High School, including Entrepreneurship Academy, Digital Instructional Design Academy, Project Management Academy, and Sports Medicine Academy.

“Passport to IT Careers” – Design and consulting to the Regional I.T. Engagement (RITE) Board, Cleveland/Akron, Ohio, implementing an annual community engagement initiative to connect local students from 32 high schools with post-secondary institutions (Lorain County Community College, Cleveland State University, Baldwin-Wallace University, Cuyahoga County Community College, more) and local employers (Sherwin-Williams, Eaton, Cleveland Clinic, Hyland Software, Goodyear, Smuckers, BlueBridge Networks, OC Connection, Progressive Insurance, Key Bank, American Greetings, more)​.​

Planet Products Corporation – Detailed 360 degree review of the company, job analysis, organization and position description redesign in support of strategic management team and organization restructuring
