SESSION #1 – “DEFINING SUCCESS”, includes
Defining your passion. Mapping your passion to the right career pathways for you. Determining how high up to reach without straining your neck. Deciding on an acceptable geography for your search. Establishing your roadmap and the big picture. Establishing a realistic timetable for your search.

SESSION #2 – “THE PERFECT CANDIDATE”, includes
Creating a top-of-the-pile resume. Selecting the right companies to pursue. Reaching out to companies the right way. The correct way to use referrals and references. What NOT to do when searching.

SESSION #3 – “CLOSING THE DEAL”, includes
Understanding how you are wired. Nailing the Interview. Repairing and polishing a broken first impression. How to follow up after an interview. Negotiating your best deal.

FOLLOW-UP – Up to 3 phone check-in sessions, 10 minutes long, during the second thirty days.

The professional fee is $500, paid in advance. The first three sessions are scheduled in the same thirty days. Three brief follow-up sessions must be completed in the next month.  All coaching sessions should be completed in sixty days or less.
